  • For most hospitals, you may be asked to provide a time for booking but the actual time of the test may vary and is not guaranteed as it depends on the volume at the hospital.
  • For home service and some clinics, the certainty of receiving your test closer to your desired appointment date and time is higher.

For “pay before” payment method, you are required to make the payment with us before visiting the hospital or clinic.
You will be provided instructions by our customer support team, You can pay via direct bank transfer, debit card, or credit card.
Send us your proof of payment and booking information, and we’ll send you a booking confirmation coupon to your email.

For “pay later” payment method, you are not required to make the payment upfront and you can pay the full amount to the clinic or hospital directly on the day of your visit. You can also earn cashbacks by sending us your receipt and other required documents listed below. Your cashback deposit will be made to you within 7 to 14 days.

About cancellation and refund

To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team via live chat on the current page (see bottom right corner). Please cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment.
If you have paid for the Covid test and haven’t got the test yet
  • We can issue a full refund provided that you cancel the booking within 24 hours after the payment time
  • We can issue a half refund provided that you cancel the booking at least 24 hrs before the appointment date and time by informing our customer service team
  • We cannot issue any refunds in the case of no shows

If you have received the Covid test and paid for the Covid test at the healthcare provider, we cannot issue any refunds.
